  1. Only supports alarm acknowledgement.
  2. Can edit alarm ranges, text, delay times, shunt variables, assignments, and deadband.
  3. View in list format.
  4. Can only change parameters, for example, interval time.
  5. Can only create interval trend log type.
  6. NVs and CPs are displayed only in SI units.
  7. Can edit some parameters per report, can save changes or make a copy of the report with changes.
  8. Can edit existing schedules and calendars only. Cannot create or edit recurring calendar events.
  9. Cannot assign permissions.
  10. Cannot edit saved searches.
  11. Technician Tool search queries are not linked to Building Operation, but stored locally on the mobile device. The search queries can be saved and reused as long as the same mobile device is used.
  12. Only supports simple search, including wildcard search.
  13. AD (Advanced Display) is delivered with the SmartXKiosk app, which enables you to run Technician Tool in Kiosk mode.
  14. Configuration changes cannot be saved.
