Creating a Date Range Exception

You create a date range exceptions using Basic Schedule Editor.

To create a date range exception
  1. Open the Schedule where you want to create the range date exception.

  2. On the Basic Schedule Editor toolbar click the New schedule events button .

  3. In the Schedule Event Properties dialog box, select Exception .

  4. Select Date range .

  5. Enter the Start time and the End time for the date range exception, or select All day to make the exception last during the whole day.

  6. Enter the Value in the Value box.

  7. Click Add entry if you want to add another single date exception in the same event.

  8. In the Name box, enter a name for the single date exception.

  9. In the Priority box, enter the priority for the single date exception.

  10. Enter the start date in the Year , Month , Day of month and Day of week boxes.

  11. Enter the end date in the Year , Month , Day of month and Day of week boxes.

  12. Click OK .

  13. On the File menu, click Save .
