The content of WebHelp is written with our user's different perspectives in mind. The information types make it easier for you to find the kind of information you are looking for. Information only targeting our Schneider Electric partners and employees is classified as privileged.
Information Types
All topics in WebHelp are categorized depending on what kind of information the topic contains. For a single feature, you can find information on different aspects of that feature, such as how to perform a task, how it works, what it looks like, and how to solve common problems.

Privileged Information
In WebHelp, some topics contain privileged information and are only available to to Schneider Electric partners and employees. To gain access to information that is privileged, you have to be logged on. For more information, see Log on .
Topics that are classified as privileged have green titles in the topic list and are marked with the green text Privileged in the topic header.
