In the EcoStruxure BMS servers, variable values are primarily stored in flash memory in order to have their values survive power fail and server shutdown. However, values that are often collected are only stored in the SDRAM memory. This is done to protect the flash memory in the automation server.
WebHelp is a web-based help system for EcoStruxure Building Operation and SpaceLogic devices, the software and hardware that powers the EcoStruxure BMS.
Every object in the EcoStruxure Building Operation database has a number of different properties. Properties can be of two different types: read only and read/write. Read only properties are dimmed and cannot be changed. Read/write properties can be changed.
Use the Building Operation WebStation window to log on to WebStation.
You open a document to view its content or to edit the information.
You can open documents stored on an EcoStruxure BMS server using the default program associated with the file type. For example, a txt-file opens Notepad and a ppt-file opens PowerPoint.
Use the Watch pane to monitor or change properties.
Use Search to find and view objects in the EcoStruxure BMS database.
You log on to WorkStation to securely access the functions in the EcoStruxure BMS.
