Use this workflow to create and configuring an XLSX report.
XLSX Report is a simplification of the Notification report function. Instead of creating trigger-notification objects and report template objects you create a XLSX Report object. The XLSX Template, which contains an XLSX document, is created for you and stored as a sub object of the XLSX report object.
Use the XLSX Report Template tab to create, edit, and load a template.
Use the XLSX Report Other Settings tab for various settings.
Use the XLSX Report Distribution Settings tab to add, remove and configure write to file and email recipients.
Use the XLSX Report – Basic tab to configure the XLSX report.

You can preview a report Excel-file using WebStation. The handling of the report Excel file depends on the web browser. In most cases the report Excel-file is downloaded to the downloads folder.
