License Activation Server, sometimes called FNO server, is a server controlled by Schneider Electric globally to manage the activation of licenses on customers' License Servers.
The License Settings dialog box is used to view the license settings when troubleshooting. Do not change the settings in this dialog. Changes in this dialog results in license violation. The dialog looks different depending on if it is opened from the Other menu in the Show Licenses view toolbar, or if it is opened from the Entitlements View.
You remove demo licenses from automation server using Device Administrator.
Use this workflow to return demo licenses from automation servers.
Use the Add Entitlement from file dialog box to add the entitlement.
Use the Add Entitlement from ID dialog box to add the entitlement ID when the entitlement certificate HTML-file is not available.
You remove demo licenses after they have expired or when you commission a site.
You return licenses so that they can be used elsewhere.
You can return licenses from automation servers.
You add the entitlement to view the License Products available for activation on automation servers.
