You must install most of the controls products listed here in an enclosure that meets the following minimum criteria. After the criteria, several specific enclosure models are listed as examples of enclosures that meet the minimum criteria you can use for the smoke control system.
The EcoStruxure BMS hardware includes several models of automation servers. These are the main distributed controllers in the system. They perform management, execution and supervision of the smoke control application programs. The server models approved for smoke control include the following:
The PS-24V is mounted on the Terminal Base model TB-PS-W1. The TB-PS-W1 appears similar to the TB-AS-W1 terminal base as seen in the figures in the section that follows.
Using the power rating for each of the modules (listed in the following table), accumulate the power consumed by the Smoke Control Server and Central IO modules. The PS-24V can supply up to 30W (~1.25A at 24 VDC). The 24 VDC from the PS-24V is delivered to all modules connecting on the bus on the right side of the PS-24V up to the next power supply module. You must add another PS-24V on the I/O bus to keep the load on the previous power supply at 30W or below.

The Schneider Electric SpaceLogic hardware devices for the EcoStruxure BMS include terminal bases, PS-24V power supplies, Central IO modules, automation servers such as AS-P servers and AS-B servers, BACnet/IP devices such as MP-C controllers, MP-V controllers, IP-IO modules, and RP-C controllers, RP controller expansion modules, remote control, KNX Modbus gateway, Bluetooth adapter, Wireless Adapter - Advanced, SpaceLogic Sensor devices, Advanced Display devices, and Operator Display devices.
The AS-P server offers enhanced processor performance, increased memory size, dual Ethernet ports, and high-speed USB interfaces. The AS-P server is a Schneider Electric manufactured embedded device that generally serves as the lowest tier EcoStruxure BMS server within the EcoStruxure BMS. The AS-P controls and supervises equipment, typically HVAC equipment. AS-P servers use Central IO module with connected field devices, such as sensors and actuators, to do that.
