Production reports are intended to provide ready made reporting on a number of different aspects of the system. Production reports are contained in the Production folder.
The Activities Per Server report provides information about user and system activities for a particular SmartStruxure server. An example of a user activity is creating or changing an object. An example of a system activity is initializing a SmartStruxure server. You can use the report to determine which activities occur most often and then consider ways to improve your system. For example, suppose the report shows an operator frequently changing a temperature set point. You may want to then check the room controls to determine if a room adjustment is required. In another example, you could use the report to determine what objects are accessed the most and then make those objects more easily accessible in WorkStation.
For more information, see Activities Per Server Report .
The Activities Per User report provides information about some of the user activities for a particular user account. You can use the report to audit user activities such as creating and deleting objects, and completing successful logons.
For more information, see Activities Per User Report .
The Alarm Amount by Category report provides information about triggered alarms and organizes the information by alarm categories. Before you can generate report output for this report, you need to set up alarm categories in WorkStation and link alarms to the alarm categories. For example, you can set up door alarm categories or cooling alarm categories. You can then use the report to determine the problematic areas in your buildings such as the door alarms.
For more information, see Alarm Amount by Category Report .
The Alarm Amount by Type report provides information about the number of triggered alarms and organizes the information by alarm type, such as Change of State Alarm and Out of Range Alarm. You can use the report to track the greatest number of triggered alarms by alarm type.
For more information, see Alarm Amount by Type Report .
The Alarms Per Server report provides information about the number and type of alarms that have been triggered for a particular SmartStruxure server. You can use the report to identify the most frequent alarms on a particular SmartStruxure server and then benchmark the operations of your building system. For example, suppose there are numerous alarms in Building A, but more staff are present in Building B. The report could indicate that you need to increase the staff in Building A in order to meet the operational needs of the building.
For more information, see Alarms Per Server Report .
The Current Alarms report displays a list of the current alarms for all SmartStruxure servers. You can use the Current Alarms report to track the alarm situation in your buildings to determine if your alarm system has improved over time. The report can show if the number of alarms has increased or decreased. Consider saving this report as a dashboard report and scheduling the report to run on a nightly basis. You can then observe how the alarm situation has evolved over time and determine what actions need to be taken to address the alarms.
For more information, see Current Alarms Report .
The Database Schema Report provides information about the Reports database on the Reports Server. You can use the report to look up the names, data types, and descriptions of the fields used in the database tables for WebReports. Typically, you need this information when building SQL statements to create your own reports using Microsoft Report Builder.
For more information, see Database Schema Report .
The Most Active Alarms report provides information about the number and location of alarms that have been triggered for all SmartStruxure servers. You can use the report to identify the most frequent alarms on each SmartStruxure server and then determine the most problematic areas in your buildings.
For more information, see Most Active Alarms Report .
The Reporting Agent Activity report provides information about the Reporting Agent and the records that are read by the Agent. You can use the report to troubleshoot Reporting Agent problems. The report displays the total number of records read by the Reporting Agent, the total number of reads performed by the Reporting Agent, and the average read time, in milliseconds, of the records. You can also identify successful and unsuccessful reads by the Agent.
For more information, see Reporting Agent Activity Report .
The Schedule Report Activity report provides information about WebReports Schedules. You can use the report to identify whether a Reports schedule ran successfully, the number of times the schedule ran, and the average amount of time, in seconds, that the schedule ran.
For more information, see Schedule Report Activity Report .
The Top Activities report provides information about the most frequent user and system activities for all SmartStruxure servers in your system. An example of a user activity is creating or changing an object. An example of a system activity is initializing a SmartStruxure server. You can enter a number to filter the top number of activities. You can then determine what activities occur most often on what SmartStruxure servers, and consider ways to improve your system.
For more information, see Top Activities Report .
The Top Alarms report provides information about the most frequently occurring alarms for all SmartStruxure servers. The SmartStruxure server where the alarm originated and the monitored variable are included in the report. You can use the report to identify the number of times an alarm has been triggered and then determine the most problematic areas in your buildings. The percentage of the total number of alarms is also calculated.
For more information, see Top Alarms Report .
The Top System Alarms report provides information about the most frequently occurring system alarms for all SmartStruxure servers in your system. The report can be used by System Managers to identify and troubleshoot issues and problems with all SmartStruxure servers.
For more information, see Top System Alarms Report .
The Top System Alarms Per Server report provides information about the most frequently occurring system alarms for a particular SmartStruxure server. The report can be used by System Managers to identify and troubleshoot problems with a specified SmartStruxure server.
For more information, see Top System Alarms Per Server Report .
The Trend Log Comparison report provides a way for you to compare the output of the trend logs associated with a data point, such as the kilowatts for a power meter. The report provides similar reporting as the Trend Chart, however, you can export the report, schedule the report, and run the report using a Web browser and without access to WorkStation.
For more information, see Trend Log Comparison Report .
The User Logons report provides information about successful and unsuccessful logons for user accounts that are configured in Building Operation. The report displays the user account name, the first and last name of the user, the user account groups, the E-mail address of the user, and the number of failed and successful logons by the user. You can use the report when you need to audit successful and unsuccessful logons by Building Operation user accounts.
For more information, see User Logons Report .
The Users Groups report provides information about the user accounts that are configured in Building Operation. The report displays the user account name, the first and last name of the user, the E-mail address of the user, and the user groups of the user account. You can use the report when you need to identify the Building Operation user accounts and their assigned user groups.
For more information, see Users Groups Report .
