Configuring Reports User Account

You use WebReports Administrator to configure the Reports user account and password in Reports Server. Use the same Reports user account and password in the Enterprise Server and the Reports Server to ensure proper communication between the two servers.

WebReports Administrator is a configuration tool to configure the Reports user account in the Reports Server. The user account and password should be same in Enterprise Server and Reports Server to have proper communication between the two servers.

To transfer data from the Enterprise Server to the Reports database, the Reports user account needs to meet the following conditions:

To configure Reports user account
  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder where the Report Agent is placed. The default folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric EcoStruxure\Building Operation WebReports\StruxureWare Reporting Agent .

  2. Right-click SE.WebReports.Administrator and then click Run as administrator .

  3. In the User name box, type the name of the Reports user account.

  4. In the Password box, type the password of the Reports user account.

  5. Click Save .
