Cannot Connect Using Mobile Device with Data Plan

While using the eCommission SmartX Controllers mobile application on a device having a mobile data plan, you may experience difficulties connecting wirelessly to the SmartX IP controller network.

Solution

On the eCommission application device, activate airplane mode to turn off all radios in the device and then enable WiFi to allow wireless communications.
