Push-button

The INIT push-button is used to reboot the Twisted Pair Adapter. Pressing this button for 2 seconds will restart the device without disconnecting it from power. For more information, see Restarting the Twisted Pair Adapter .

Slide switch

The slide switch is used to select the adapter’s operating mode:

  • M (Master) – Use this mode when the adapter is connected to an automation server. Only one adapter can operate as Master in a network.

  • T (Terminal) – Use this mode when the adapter is connected to a SpaceLogic BACnet/IP controller.

Switching between these positions configures the adapter for the appropriate network setup. For more information, see Changing the Twisted Pair Adapter Operating Mode .
