Obtaining the System Identifier

You obtain the system identifier to order licenses in the EcoStruxure Power & Building Software Companion application on EcoStruxure Sales Portal.

There are a number of different clients, servers, and features that requires licenses to operate.

For more information, see Product Selection Guide - EcoStruxure Building .

The guide lists all products and licenses and is available on the Schneider Electric extranet.

To order licenses you create a project in the EcoStruxure Power & Building Software Companion application on EcoStruxure Sales Portal. To be able to create the project you need the system identifier of the EcoStruxure BMS. For more information, see Obtaining the System Identifier .

To obtain the system identifier

  • In WorkStation, on the Help menu, click Registration .

    Important:

    If the EcoStruxure BMS is not registered the registration website is displayed and you have to register the system.
