Factory supplied reports are reports that are distributed by Schneider Electric. You receive a collection of factory supplied reports when you install WebReports.
The reports provide information regarding user and system activity, alarms, trends, and energy consumption. Each report prompts you to enter filtering criteria for the input parameters. When you click Run report, the report filters the output according to your criteria and generates the report output. You can then view the report and, optionally, save the report as a Word, Excel, or PDF document, or print your report. For more information, see Report Output .
Factory supplied reports populate the Reports folder in WorkStation when WebReports is installed.
For each factory supplied report, the format such as the columns, rows, headers, and footers is defined.
You can use factory supplied reports as the basis for creating your own reports. For more information, see Custom Reports .
Factory supplied reports cannot be renamed or deleted using the Rename or Delete commands that are available in the Manage Reports page at the WebReports Web site. Although it is not recommended, you can rename and delete the report objects that are linked to the factory supplied reports in WorkStation. For more information, see Reports in WorkStation and the WebReports Web Site .
