You edit an event priority to change the exception event to a higher or lower priority.
In WorkStation, in the System Tree pane, right click the schedule you want to edit and click Open .
In the Work area, click the Basic view of the Schedule editor.
In the Event grid, select the exception event you want to edit.
On the Basic toolbar, click the Edit schedule event button
In the S chedule Event Properties dialog box, in the Priority box, enter the priority level for the event.
Click OK .
