Mass Backup
Mass backup is a method of performing a manual, simultaneous backup of all the EcoStruxure BMS servers in the network, which is useful for capturing data at a critical point, such as prior to an upgrade. You can choose which EcoStruxure BMS servers you want to back up along with the type of data for each.
In smaller installations, a server group may include an Enterprise Server and one or more automation servers. In larger installations, multiple server groups may include an Enterprise Server with a distinct set of automation servers.
In an EcoStruxure BMS that has an Enterprise Central with attached Enterprise Servers, you can do a mass backup of all the Enterprise Servers.
You log on to the Enterprise Server to create a mass backup. For more information, see Backup Options Dialog Box .
