New User Dialog Box – General Tab

Component	Description
User name	Type the user name.
First name	Type the user's first name.
Middle name	Type the user's middle name.
Last name	Type the user's last name.
E-mail	Type the user's e-mail address.
Password	Type the user's password.
Confirm password	Type the user's password again.
Expiration	Enter the date when the user account expires. If no expiration date is set, the user account is valid until it is removed or disabled.
User must change password at next logon	Select if you want to force the user to change their password the next time they log on.
Account is disabled	Select if you want to disable the user account.

User name

Type the user name.

First name

Type the user's first name.

Middle name

Type the user's middle name.

Last name

Type the user's last name.

E-mail

Type the user's e-mail address.

Password

Type the user's password.

Confirm password

Type the user's password again.

Expiration

Enter the date when the user account expires. If no expiration date is set, the user account is valid until it is removed or disabled.

User must change password at next logon

Select if you want to force the user to change their password the next time they log on.

Account is disabled

Select if you want to disable the user account.
