Order Information Request
All licenses bought from a Schneider Electric vendor are delivered in an entitlement. The entitlements specify the products and features you are allowed to use.

The entitlement ID is the designation that represents the license purchased by the customer. This ID is included in the entitlement that is sent by email when an order is approved.
The email with the entitlement also contains an HTML-file, the Entitlement Certificate File. This file is important when you add and set up the entitlement in Device Administrator.
Licenses for EcoStruxure Building Operation software and for automation servers are delivered in entitlements.
License products for EcoStruxure Building Operation software are managed by License Administrator.
License products for automation servers are managed by Device Administrator.
Mixed entitlements that contain licenses managed by Device Administrator and licenses managed by License Administrator. Device Administrator and Licenses Administrator has a built-in filter that only allows the correct administrator to manage the licenses. For example, when a mixed entitlement is added to Device Administrator, only the licenses in the mixed entitlement that is managed by Device Administrator is visible and can be used using Device Administrator.
You can add one or many entitlements to Device Administrator or License Administrator.
You can of course, at any time, buy a new entitlement with new products that you add to your site.
A product may contain one or many features. All products have an activation ID that is used then the product is activated.
The product may contain one or many licenses for a specific feature.
You have a site with five automation servers. You want all automation servers to use SNMP notification and you want all the users of the automation servers to be able to create personal dashboards.
