In the header of each topic, logged-on users can rate topics and community content in WebHelp.
Your rating reflects whether you found a topic or community content helpful or if you think the information could be improved in some way. When rating a topic or community content, you are asked to write a comment. Your rating is shared with other users, but the additional comment is sent to the WebHelp administrator and is not shown to other users. The ratings help other users to find popular topics and community content and help us to improve our services.
The average of the total rating is displayed for each topic with the yellow stars in the topic list or in each individual topic. For community content, the average of the total rating is displayed with the yellow stars for each individual community content entry. If there is no rating on a topic or community content entry, the stars are dimmed. When presenting topics in a topic list, WebHelp first sorts the topics by publication date and then by the number of stars with the highest rated topic at the top of the list.
