In the header of the WebHelp pages, you can perform a text search on all topic contents. You filter the search result on functionality, product, and information type to narrow down the number of search hits and make it easier to find the topic you are looking for.
You search a topic by either using a single word or several words. If you perform a search with several words, you get an AND result where only the topics that contain the words are listed. Use quotation marks to search several words and get the topics that literally contain the phrase you have entered.
For example, on WebHelp, in the Search box you type: LonWorks Binding Properties. The search result lists all topics that contain the three words in any combination. To narrow down your search, you type: "LonWorks Binding Properties". This search results in the topics that contain the exact phrase.
The search result is presented in order of relevance to your search. You use filters to narrow the search result. For more information, see Filters .
Privileged information is not included in the search if you are not logged on as a Schneider Electric partner or employee.
