Saving a List of Automation Servers

You save a list of automation servers in the Device Administrator so that you can restore the list.

You can add automation servers as a list in Device Administrator.

After you create the list of automation servers, you can save the list. The list includes only automation servers that are connected through the IP network. The list does not include automation servers that are connected through the USB device port.

When you open Device Administrator, it automatically displays the list that was displayed when you last closed Device Administrator.

To save a list of Automation servers

  1. In Device Administrator, on the Device Administrator Server List toolbar, click Save current server list .

  2. Select a location for the server list file.

  3. In the File name box, enter a file name.

  4. Click Save .

Note:

The list of automation servers does not include automation servers that are connected through the USB device port. The list includes only automation servers that are connected through the IP network.
