When logging on to a SmartStruxure server, you have to authenticate yourself by using a valid user account. The user account has to belong to the same domain as the server you log on to.

A Document is a container in which you can upload (import) a file for use in Building Operation. You can upload all types of files, including reports, forms, images, and video clips.

In Building Operation, you can create shortcuts to objects in the System Tree pane. A shortcut is a link to a target SmartStruxure server, folder, or other object and is simply a pointer to an object which acts as if it is that object.
