Schneider Electric processes personal data to deliver the online help service for the EcoStruxure Building Management products.

The email address used for registering with the help service
Settings associated with the user account of the online help service (language, subscription type, account role)
Interactions performed by the user (community content comments and rating comments on articles)

Schneider Electric will comply with your data protection rights. You can access and rectify some of your personal information in the online help tool. To exercise your rights, you can make a request to webhelp@schneider-electric.com.
Data processing activities are carried out for purposes of the legitimate interests of Schneider Electric (providing an online help service for EcoStruxure Building Management).
Under applicable law you benefit from rights to access, right to portability, right to rectify or request erasure or restriction of personal information.
