WebHelp is a web-based help system for EcoStruxure Building Operation and SmartX devices, the software and hardware that powers the EcoStruxure BMS.
You can access WebHelp several ways:
In any of the EcoStruxure Building Operation software products, you can press F1 or the Help button and get information for the screen you are working with.
In WorkStation, you can search WebHelp content by typing your search string in the Search box and then click Search for Help button .
In the header of the WebHelp pages, you can perform a text search on all topic contents. You filter the search result on functionality, product, and information type to narrow down the number of search hits and make it easier to find the topic you are looking for.

The content of WebHelp is written with our user's different perspectives in mind. The information types make it easier for you to find the kind of information you are looking for. Information only targeting our Schneider Electric partners and employees is classified as privileged.

Most of the information on WebHelp is available to everyone with internet access. To get extended access to WebHelp you need to be logged on. All WebHelp users can register an account and log on. When you register you state if you are a Schneider Electric partner or employee.

In WebHelp, you can sort the topics by functionality, product, version, or language to display only those topics you are interested in. By rating or commenting a topic or community content, you help other users and can give us hints on how to improve the WebHelp content. If you want to be updated with the latest changes and additions in the EcoStruxure BMS and WebHelp, you can subscribe to notifications for new or updated WebHelp topics and community content.
