Use the Workspace in WorkStation to edit and display information on an EcoStruxure BMS server.
In the EcoStruxure BMS servers, variable values are primarily stored in flash memory in order to have their values survive power fail and server shutdown. However, values that are often collected are only stored in the SDRAM memory. This is done to protect the flash memory in the field server.
There are two sets of icons in fire graphics, default icons and Swedish icons.
Every object in the EcoStruxure Building Operation database has a number of different properties. Properties can be of two different types: read only and read/write. Read only properties are dimmed and cannot be changed. Read/write properties can be changed.
Timed Force objects are utility objects that force an override of the actual value of an analog, digital, or multistate output for a period of time specified either as a time duration or as a selected end date and time.
The workspace in WorkStation and WebStation is the area where you perform all tasks at your site, such as acknowledging alarms and viewing trend logs.

Use the object property dialog box to view or change the properties of a bound object. The link under each object opens a properties dialog box with a complete set of properties for that object.
You change a value in a graphic when you want a different value.
You use graphics to display building overviews, display the status of detectors and alarms, display the value of sensors, or change setpoints. A graphic can also contain links to trend charts, trend log lists, Internet sites, or views in WorkStation and WebStation.
