WebHelp is a web-based help system for EcoStruxure Workplace Advisor.
You can access Workplace Advisor WebHelp in different ways:
In Workplace Advisor, you can click the help link.
To be able to access the Workplace Advisor information on WebHelp you need to be logged on with a Schneider Electric Employee or Partner account.
No Workplace Advisor information is displayed if you are not logged on with a Schneider Electric Employee or Partner account.
In the header of the WebHelp pages, you can perform a text search on all topic contents. You filter the search result on functionality, product, and information type to narrow down the number of search hits and make it easier to find the topic you are looking for.

All topics in WebHelp are categorized depending on what kind of information the topic contains. For a single feature, you can find information on different aspects of that feature, such as how to perform a task, how it works, what it looks like, and how to solve common problems.

In WebHelp, you can sort the topics by functionality, product, or language to display only those topics you are interested in. By rating or commenting a topic or community content, you help other users and can give us hints on how to improve the WebHelp content. If you want to be updated with the latest changes and additions in the cloud portal and WebHelp, you can subscribe to notifications for new or updated WebHelp topics and community content.
