The SmartX AS-P server is the successor to Automation Server, and offers several improvements such as enhanced processor performance, increased memory size, dual Ethernet ports, and high-speed USB interfaces. Like the Automation Server, the SmartX AS-P server is a Schneider Electric manufactured embedded device that generally serves as the lowest tier EcoStruxure BMS server within the EcoStruxure BMS. Values in the EcoStruxure Building Operation software are stored in the EcoStruxure Building Operation database with all input decimals. If a stored value consists of more decimals than the operating system is defined to display, the value is rounded off according to the operating system settings before it is displayed in WorkStation.
