You can add attachments to alarm objects, except System Information alarms. An attachment is a link pointing to an object in the system. When an alarm that has an attachment is triggered, a paperclip icon is displayed in the Alarms pane and Alarm Views. It is also possible to configure the attachment to display when the alarm is going from Normal to Alarm state.

When you have generated a report, you have a number of options for preserving the data contained in the report, for example you may want to print the report, or save it in a particular format such as a spreadsheet format.
A default report provides information about alarms, generic objects, EcoStruxure BMS servers, trend logs, and user accounts. The report is formatted according to a template that is assigned to an EcoStruxure Building Operation object type. You view default reports in WorkStation using the View...Report submenu. You cannot view default reports using a Web browser.
