Editing Site Administrator Information

You edit site administrator information for any update or incorrect information. The Schneider Electric partner or branch user cannot edit information if the system is associated to the end-user.

Note:

When information is updated, an email is sent to the registered user, partner, or branch user and the site administrator.

To edit site administrator information
  1. Log on to the SmartStruxure Solution Registration Portal.

  2. Click Systems .

  3. Under Registered Systems , select the system.

  4. Select the Site Administrato r tab and click Edit .

    Description

    Site Administrator name  

    Type the name of the site administrator for the system.

    Company name  

    Type the company name of the site administrator.

    Phone number  

    Type the phone number of the site administrator.

    Email address  

    Type the email address of the site administrator.

    Street address  

    Type the street address of the site administrator.

    Country  

    Select the country of the site administrator.

    State/province  

    Select the state/province of the site administrator.

    City  

    Select the city of the site administrator.

    Zip/postal code  

    Type the zip/postal code.

    Site notes  

    Type the information of the site if any.

  6. Click Submit .
