You create a type permissions template to grant user accounts or user account groups extended access to a specific type.
In WorkStation, in the System Tree pane, select the EcoStruxure BMS server you want to configure.
Click the Control Panel tab.
Click Type permissions .
In the File menu, choose New and then select Type permissions .
In the Create Object dialog box, in the Name box, type the name of your type permissions.
In the Path box, enter the path.
In the Description box, type a description.
Click Create .
In the System Tree pane, select the type permissions you just created.
In the Relative to box, select an instance of the type you want your permission to be relative to.
In the Type name box, verify the name of your type.
Select + .
In the Select Object window, select the object you want to add to the permission path.
In the rules table, choose the permission level for the type.
Click the Save button
You can assign the created type permissions to user accounts or user account groups.
