Download Interrupted Because There Are No Image Files

While using the eCommission SmartX Controllers mobile application to download an application image to a SmartX IP controller, the Download Image dialog box indicates that there are no files in the Application Images folder.

Note:

To verify whether there actually are image files to download, you can use the path given in the Download Image dialog box to find the Application Images folder on the mobile device. To do this, tap the path in the Location: text box, choose Select All and then Copy , and then paste the path in File Explorer or a similar file navigation utility available on the device.

Solution

Copy an application image file from the WorkStation computer to the Application Images folder on the mobile device and then resume downloading the image to the SmartX IP controller.
