Consider the following cases when reclaiming licenses on automation servers.
In the online case the computer that runs Device Administrator is connected to the Internet.

A special case is semi online system where the automation server is not connected to Internet, but Devices Administrator is connected to Internet. A semi online system is treated as an online system for licensing purposes.

In the offline case the computer that runs Device Administrator and the automation servers are not connected to the Internet. Neither the Device Administrator nor the automation servers can connect to License Activation Sever (FNO).
