At the end of each topic, logged-on users can add information to share with other users. Anyone, public and logged-on users, can read the community content that is added to a topic.
Write in English because the community content is displayed for all languages and is not translated.
Community content is available to all users. The community content is sorted with the earliest entries at the bottom and the most recent entries at the top of the list. The header of each entry displays the content title, the name of the author, and the modification date.
If you want to add, edit, and delete community content, you have to log on to WebHelp. You can only edit and delete your own entries.
When writing community content, you can use the following text formatting and style components:
Heading
Paragraph
Normal font
Bold font
Italic font
Bulleted list
Numbered list
Hyperlink
The community content titles are limited to 40 characters and body text to 10,000 characters.
