SmartX Server Replacement Using Restore Workflow
Use the workflow to duplicate the SmartX server from a backup set.
Save the most current backup set of the SmartX server that you want to replace to WorkStation.

Add the new SmartX server to the network and configure the IP address.

Import the backup set to the new SmartX server.

Restore the new SmartX server using the imported backup set.

If the SmartX server does not go online, you can manually recreate the SmartX server or restore the connections between the Enterprise Server and the SmartX server. Para obtener más información, consulte SmartX Server Remains Offline After Restore .
The Restore process automatically renames the SmartX server and specifies the objects and properties that the SmartX server uses to reestablish links and go online.
