When you have generated a report, you have a number of options for preserving the data contained in the report, for example you may want to print the report, or save it in a particular format such as a spreadsheet format.
You can perform the following operations after you generate a report:
Export the report to a PDF, Word, or Excel file.
Print the report.
Search for text in the report.
Navigate a multipage report.
Use the Export feature to save the report output as a PDF, Excel, or Word file. For example, suppose you generate an alarm report with a specific date range and want to save the report output. Using the Select a format option, you can select PDF, Excel, or Word and export the report. The report output is exported to a file in the format you selected.
Use the Print toolbar to print your report, search for text in the report, or navigate a multipage report.
