The Reporting Agent Activity report provides information about the Reporting Agent and the records that are read by the Agent. You can use the report to troubleshoot Reporting Agent problems. The report displays the total number of records read by the Reporting Agent, the total number of reads performed by the Reporting Agent, and the average read time, in milliseconds, of the records. You can also identify successful and unsuccessful reads by the Agent.

Start report date/time |
Specifies the start date and time of the Reporting Agent activity. |
End report date/time |
Specifies the end date and time of the Reporting Agent activity. |
Date range filter |
Specifies the date range of an operation, such as an alarm trigger, the running of a report schedule, or a read by the Reporting Agent. For example, if you select Last 7 days for an alarm report, the report displays information about all alarms that were triggered during the last 7 days. If you select Last 7 days for the Report schedule report, the report displays information about all Report schedules that were run during the last 7 days. If you select Last 7 days for the Reporting Agent report, the report displays information about all Reporting Agent reads that occurred during the last 7 days. Select Fixed date if you entered a Start report date/time and an End report date/time . |
Read type |
Specifies the data source that is read by the Agent. Select an EcoStruxure BMS server to retrieve statistics about the reads of the EcoStruxure BMS server. Select Historical Data to retrieve statistics about the reads of the Historical Database. |
Status |
Specifies the status types, Success , Fail , or Error of the Reporting Agent reads that you can display in the report. |
Event type |
Specifies the event types, Information , or Error , that you can display in the report. |
Minimum read time (s) |
Specifies the amount of time, in seconds, required by the Reporting Agent to read a record. For example, if you enter 5 seconds, the report displays all of the records that required 5 or more seconds to be read by the Agent. If you enter 0, the report displays all records that were read by the Agent. |
