You reset the administrator password, if you are an administrator. For example if you have locked yourself out of WorkStation. Schneider Electric Buildings support team provides you with a temporary password for logging on to Building Operation and changing your administrator password.
To authenticate yourself to the Schneider Electric Buildings support team, you have to state your user name and password, the unique session ID (from the failed logon attempt), and the domain you tried to log on to. To show the session ID you need to press SHIFT and click the WorkStation icon in the WorkStation logon dialog box.
Contact Schneider Electric Support and get a temporary password.
In WorkStation, log on using the temporary password.
Change your password.
