You restore the license data from a backup to restore a corrupt or non-functioning License Server.
Close all Building Operation applications, such as License Administrator, WorkStation, and Enterprise Server.
On the License Server, browse to the the folder:
Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10: \ProgramData\FLEXnet\
Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012: \ProgramData\FLEXnet\
Paste all your backed up files to the FLEX-net folder.
You may need to repair restored licenses before you check out the restored licenses. For more information, see Repairing a Network License .
You now restart the License Server so you can check out the restored licenses. For more information, see Restarting the License Server .
