Updating the SpaceLogic Bluetooth Adapter Firmware

You update the SpaceLogic Bluetooth Adapter firmware to improve adapter performance.

To update the SpaceLogic Bluetooth Adapter firmware

  1. Connect to the Adapter. For more information, see Connecting to a Controller through Bluetooth .

  2. In the Bluetooth Device Management page, select Update Adapter Firmware . If this button is read-only, the Adapter contains the latest firmware.

  3. On the SpaceLogic Bluetooth Adapter, press and hold the push button for 9 seconds. The LED displays the DFU mode flashing sequence. For more information, see Bluetooth LED Functionality . The Commission mobile application displays the firmware upgrade progress.

  4. When the firmware upgrade is complete, select Done .

  5. Remove the Adapter from the SpaceLogic Sensor.

  6. Plug the Adapter back into the SpaceLogic Sensor.

  7. In the Commission mobile application, in the Bluetooth Devices page, select the Adapter and select Connect .

When you successfully connect to the Adapter, the firmware upgrade is complete.
