Turning External Output Relays On or Off from a Graphic
You turn external output relays on or off as you perform tests or operations related to external output relays in the fire detection system.

Ensure that there is no risk for false alarms when you turn external output relays on or off.
Comply with any applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and guidelines regarding actions to be taken when parts of the fire detection system are unresponsive.
Turn the external output relays back to their normal state at the earliest opportunity.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious injury, or equipment damage.

To turn external output relays on or off from a graphic
In WorkStation or WebStation, in a graphic, click the loop devices on which you want to turn the external output relays on or off. On the
Actions
menu, you can also use the selector
action_zoom_plus_stroke
to browse existing selections.
On the
Actions
menu, click the
Output On
option to turn the output relays on. Click the
Output Off
option to turn them off. These options are only clickable if at least one of the loop devices in the selection has an output configured.
Click the apply button

. The command will only be executed on selected loop devices that have an output configured.
Click
Yes
to execute the action, click
No
to cancel it.
The external output relays are either turned on or off, depending on your action. If they are turned on, the checkbox next to each selected loop device is checked
