Consumption Monitor Unit
The unit in the consumption monitor is used for calculated consumption, logging and maximum setting for meter roll over on the physical meter. To get correct values in the consumption monitor, the monitored variable must have the same unit as the active energy unit in the physical meter.
The default unit in the consumption monitor is kWh.
The unit of the consumption monitor must be set when the consumption monitor is configured.
The unit can be converted between the monitored variable and the consumption monitor, that is, the monitored value and the consumption monitor can use different units. However, the unit on the physical meter and the monitored variable must be the same.
If you first set the unit on the monitored variable and save the configuration, and then after a while change the unit, a value with the wrong unit may have been logged. In this situation occur, reset the consumption monitor to clear the log. For more information, see Resetting a Consumption Monitor .
