You add a date range exception event to a schedule to make an exception for a specific series of dates in the schedule.
In Operator Display, on the Device List screen, tap the arrow button
On the Device screen, tap the Schedules arrow button
On the Schedules screen, tap the schedule to which you want to add a date range exception event.
On the schedule view screen, tap the add event button
On the Add schedule event screen, tap Date range exception .
On the Add date range exception screen , in the Priority box, tap + or - to edit the priority of the event.
1 is the highest priority and 16 is the lowest.
In the Start date box, tap the calendar button
In the End date box, tap the calendar button
On the start/end time and value list header, tap the add time span and value button
On the Edit exception event screen, select the event value:
For analog, multi-state and enumerated schedules: In the Value box, tap + or - to specify the value of the event.
For digital schedules: Tap Inactive or Active (Off or On).
Select the time span type:
Tap All day to make the event span 24 hours.
In the From and To boxes: tap + or - to select the starting and ending times.
Tap OK .
You can add multiple time spans and values to an exception event.
On the Add date range exception screen, tap OK .
On the schedule view screen, tap Save .
