To specify how often you want a schedule to run, use the Frequency setting in Schedules. You can select the options shown in the table.

Set the Frequency to Once. Enter today’s date and 1:00 PM for the Start schedule date and time. The report is scheduled to run today at 1:00 PM. |
Daily |
The report schedule runs every day, every two days, or any number of days that you specify beginning with the Start schedule date and time. |
Set the Frequency to Daily, then select Every 2 Days. Enter today’s date and 1:00 PM for the Start schedule date and time. The report is scheduled to run every other day at 1:00 PM beginning with today’s date. |
Weekly |
The report schedule runs on the days of the week you specify, every x number of weeks beginning with the Start schedule date and time. |
Set the Frequency to Weekly, then select Monday and Friday Every 2 Weeks. Enter today’s date and 1:00 PM for the Start schedule date and time. As of today’s date, the report is scheduled to run on Monday and Friday every other week at 1:00 PM. |
Monthly |
The report schedule runs on the first day of the month, the last day of the month, or on both the first and last day of the month. |
Set the Frequency to Monthly, then select First and Last. Enter today’s date and 1:00 PM for the Start schedule date and time. As of today’s date, the report is scheduled to run on the first and last days of the month at 1:00 PM. |
